[sticky entry] Sticky: Basic Character Info and Description

The Grand Inquisitor is a character from Star Wars Rebels. He's the leader of the Sith Inquisitors, who have been tasked with tracking down any surviving Jedi and kill them. They also track down any Force Sensitives born since the Clone Wars with the intention to turn them to the Dark Side or kill them if they refuse to turn.

The Grand Inquisitor is a powerful Force-user, with a double-bladed lightsaber that can spin.

Permissions

Backtagging: Sure. If you don't take in a long time, even months, I might still be willing to pick a thread back up. Likewise, I might have days where I'm not in the mood to tag, but still intend to get back to a thread.
Threaddropping: Possibly
Format: Prose preferred. Willing to do script.
Threadjacking: Ask first.
Fourthwalling: No thanks.
Canon Puncture: If it suits the thread/setting.

Crosscanon and AUs: I live for this kind of thing. If you have a non-Star Wars character you'd like to see interact with the Inquisitor, go for it.
Romance and shipping: Sure. Preference for shipping is M/<.
Mutilating: I'd rather not.
Death: No thanks
Mind reading: The Inquisitor has likely had training to prevent others from reading his thoughts. If your character is like a super powerful telepath who could possibly break through his defenses, then we can talk things out.

The Inquisitor also comes with a few permissions of his own, regarding what he can and can't do to your character. If any of the below is something you'd rather he not do to your character, please leave a comment.

Mind reading: As a Force-User, the Inquisitor can sense emotions, like fear and anger. He can potentially read thoughts, but he can't see images, and will only get a vague reading. He can also forcefully pull information and thoughts from someone's mind, which can be quite painful for the victim.
Mind games: The Inquisitor is very good at this. He can pinpoint a person's emotional weakness and exploit it.
Lightsaber injuries: This one is completely opt-in. Be default, I won't have him actually harm your character in ways that could be long-lasting, but if that's a route you'd like to go, we can talk things out.
